Welcome to DOT Physicals of Wilmington - your physical exam and drug testing specialists. We perform your DOT, CDL, Merchant Mariner, or School Physical inside a comfortable, modern office. We'll then upload your results to the state, if necessary, saving you a trip to the DMV. The office was designed to make getting your physical a stress-free process. This includes not having a long wait, seeing a courteous provider, and not being exposed to people who are sick.

We're conveniently located next to Novant Hospital. Our office is taking appointments, but you certainly don't need one - Walk-Ins are welcome. Stop in and see us.
